Wayside Sewing Outreach Opportunities
We are now providing the infant blankets to UMass Worcester Memorial for their new mother's program. They are accepting donations from 24" to 36" in size. Kits are located in the crib in the classroom.
Thank you to our amazing customers! We have been able to donate almost 300 baby quilts to UMass Worcester and 150 to Project Linus during the pandemic, that is almost one quilt donation per day!!!!!!! Special thanks to Creative Longarm Partners and Dragonfly Longarm Quilting for all of their donations, they have truly made a big difference in keeping the program running.
Donations of fabric, thread, batting (we will happily sew scraps into quilt size pieces) are always welcome and appreciated. Kits and donations are located in the cradle located in the classroom.
